“ Updated December 2024 - never disappoints. Ordered the special of the day - jerk mahi mahi, so good. Some of the most unique amazing food in Wilmington and every is also bright and fresh. Savorez is a tiny restaurant so please be prepared to wait for a table. But, the wait is worth it. Everything on the menu is absolutely fresh and delicious. Can't really recommend any single dish because nothing we have ordered has disappointed - try it all. ”
“ Great tiny restaurant with delicious authentic food. We travel about an hour, esp for Savorez. The food tastes so fresh and the combinations of flavors make the dishes a cut above and worth the trip. The restaurant can get busy since it only serves maybe 10 tables and bar counter seats, you may have a wait. Menu items can be adjusted in cases of dietary needs. GF, Vegetarian, Vegan can be accommodated. Four of us had lunch, averaging 18, we left fully satisfied and with a lil carry out box. ”
“ A Must Stop for Food Junkies!!! Traveling up the Coast we decided to stay over in Wilmington NC. This little restaurant was the highlight of the stay with awesome Sancocho (Soup) sided with cilantro rice which blew my taste buds away .... scallops lunch special was superb as well. “ If you’re in Wilmington for an evening, this is the spot to go for dinner! Sadly don’t take reservations but managed to fit a group of 5 in on a Monday evening at 6pm within 10 minutes! The food is absolutely delicious, recommend the sampler of salsas, and quinoa fish and steak. Don’t forget to save room for dessert! Very flavorful and generous portions. Vegetarian friendly options. “ Savorez is seriously one of the best spots I’ve eaten at in a while. Every dish felt super intentional and absolutely loaded with flavor. We started with the ceviche (so fresh and bright), then shared the short rib arepas—unreal. The flavors were bold but balanced, and everything was beautifully presented without feeling fussy. You can tell the chef really cares about quality and creativity. My boyfriend ordered the chicken entree and it was delicious too. A little heat to it but nothing too overpowering. The vibe is relaxed and fun, and the staff made us feel right at home. If you’re in Wilmington and love good food, this place is a must! ”
